have tried the Mona Vie for myself. noticed especially at night when it was time to put the kids to bed!! need all the energy can for that time of day!! When was finished with the amount was samplingI felt quite tired again, especially at the kids bedtime. really did notice difference after sampled about ounces day for or days. felt overall healthier and felt like had increased energy.
